ACTION
Carnitine plays a role in the physiological process of converting fatty acids into energy. Vitamins B6, B12 and C and the minerals Iron and Magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism and reduced tiredness and fatigue. Potassium helps normal muscle function. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Folic acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.

USE
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets a day in a glass of water (150 ml) away from meals. Do not exceed 2 sachets per day.
WARNINGS
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Due to the presence of Creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Due to the presence of astaxanthin-rich oleoresin derived from the alga Haematoccus pluvialis, the product should not be taken by infants, early childhood children under 3 years of age, and adolescents under 14 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use during pregnancy and in children or otherwise for prolonged periods, without consulting your doctor. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components. Food supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take the supplement if other dietary supplements containing astaxanthin esters are taken on the same day. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and/or heat sources.
